Refund policy

At GCG Community Prints we are committed to providing high quality products to our customers which is why we have a return policy with a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee!

All merchandise excluding 3D Wearables, Final Sale Items and Discounted items may be returned within 7 days of the date the order was received at the customers expense. Return labels will not be provided. If the customer chooses to return item(s), he/she must have the original receipt and item must be in original condition and/or unworn. If your return is approved you will receive a refund to the original payment method or an online credit in the form of an e-gift card. Any item returned after the 7 days up to 14 days will only receive online credit via e-gift card. All items are non-returnable or non-refundable after 14 days. 

3D Wearables are non-returnable and non-refundable.
